1. Consent for Use of Media:

   I, as the parent or responsible party, hereby expressly grant to M.A.L.H.Y. (“M.A.L.H.Y.”) and Jessica Celina, and their respective agents and assignees, the irrevocable and perpetual right to (a) make and use any recording, reproduction, and/or broadcast (including over the Internet, social media platforms, or an “Intranet” site) in any electronic, analog, digital, video, audio, written, photographic, graphic, mechanical, or other medium now known or hereafter devised (collectively, the “Works”) and (b) include my child's or dependent adults' voice and picture, silhouette, and other reproductions of their physical likeness or voice in any of such Works.

2. Ownership and Modification:

   I agree that M.A.L.H.Y. shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in and to any such Works. M.A.L.H.Y. reserves the right to use, adapt, change, delete from, or add to such form and content, and to use, distribute, advertise, market, and otherwise exploit any and all of the foregoing in any manner and in any medium, as M.A.L.H.Y. shall determine in its sole discretion. I agree to cooperate with M.A.L.H.Y., at its expense, in all further actions to confirm, register, protect, or enforce M.A.L.H.Y.’s rights in and to such Works.capture photographs, videos, or audio recordings during these events. We value the privacy and dignity of all individuals involved, especially minors and vulnerable adults. To ensure transparency and respect for personal boundaries, we require your consent to use any media featuring you or your dependents.

3. Privacy Assurance and Revocation:

   M.A.L.H.Y. assures that all media captured will be used in a manner consistent with their mission and values. They will take appropriate measures to safeguard the privacy and dignity of all individuals depicted. If at any time you wish to revoke this consent or have concerns about the use of media featuring you or your dependents, please contact our organization's designated privacy officer. Revocation instructions and privacy officer contact details can be found on our website.

4. Data Protection Measures:

   We take the privacy and security of your information seriously. We have implemented measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of all data collected, especially regarding minors. Further details on our data protection measures can be provided upon request.

The materials and resources used in this training are the confidential and exclusive copyright and proprietary intellectual property of M.A.L.H.Y. and Jessica Celina. They are being provided to you by M.A.L.H.Y. only for your personal use as an event participant and for the participation of your minor child or dependent adults. No part of these documents and/or resources can be stored, reproduced, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the explicit written permission of M.A.L.H.Y., under the original signature of Jessica Celina. If you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph, M.A.L.H.Y. and Ms. Celina each will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations.
